1. Factory Overview
We manufacture key components in-house, including aluminum die-cast lamp housings, structural parts and mounting components for vehicle-mounted lighting systems.
2. Die-Cast Lamp Housing
Our lamp housings are made from aluminum die-casting with in-house molds, providing strong structure, better heat dissipation and stable batch quality.
3. Mast & Structural Assembly
Pneumatic, electric actuator and hydraulic mast structures are assembled according to different vehicle applications, lifting height and top-load requirements.We manufacture key components in-house, including aluminum die-cast lamp housings, structural parts and mounting components for vehicle-mounted lighting systems.
4. OEM / ODM Customization
We support OEM and ODM customization including logo, color, lamp power, mast height, control box, mounting structure and vehicle installation layout.
5. Testing Before ShipmentPacking & Export Preparation
Products are packed with protective materials and export wooden crates according to shipment requirements.
