XG35-4120L 3.5 m (11.48 ft) Vehicle-Mounted Vertical Pneumatic Light Tower – 4 × 120 W LED

The XG35-4120L is a professional vehicle-mounted vertical pneumatic light tower designed for fire trucks, armored vehicles, emergency command vehicles, rescue vehicles and other medium- to heavy-duty special-purpose vehicles.

Equipped with four 120W LED floodlights, the system delivers a total luminous flux of up to 52,800 lm for elevated, wide-area illumination during firefighting, emergency rescue, engineering maintenance, accident response and other nighttime operations.

The three-section pneumatic mast extends from a retracted height of 1.5 m to a maximum mast height of 3.5 m. Including the pan-tilt lighting head, the overall equipment height is approximately 1.87 m when retracted and 3.87 m when fully extended.

The motorised pan-tilt lighting head provides 380° horizontal rotation and 330° vertical rotation, allowing operators to accurately direct the light toward the required working area. Wired and wireless control are supported, together with an integrated RS485 control interface.

The XG series uses a through-roof vertical vehicle installation structure. The lower mounting plate is secured to the vehicle chassis or structural beam, while an upper support plate reinforces the mast at roof level for improved stability when fully extended.
